About Me:
Hometown: Apple Valley, MN
I graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2016 with a B.S. in Neuroscience. During my time in the Mesce Lab, I studied the role of sensory information in the recovery of crawling in the medicinal leech following traumatic nervous system injury. I also worked on creating wireless implantable medical devices to passively record neural activity as an undergraduate researcher in the lab of Dr. Kevin Crisp (St. Olaf College) in 2014. I am currently enrolled as a Ph.D. student in the Graduate Program in Neuroscience at the University of Washington.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking and running.
